Dear Cedar Families,
On behalf of Cedar, I wish you all happy holidays. For those travelling, we wish you a safe journey. For those staying in the BVI, we hope you get time to enjoy these beautiful islands we are fortunate to call home.
The last two weeks of 2015 were busy ones, highlighted by a successful accreditation visit and a fabulous Season’s Greetings concert on the new outdoor performance stage. With the whole school involved in the concert this year, it was wonderful to see older students performing with younger. We are grateful to our music teachers and to all the teachers and parent volunteers whose collaborative efforts made the concert a success.
As 2015 comes to an end, I feel fortunate to be part of such a warm school community. One of the accreditation officers, visiting Cedar for the first time, noted that he evaluates a lot of schools, but feels there is something very special happening at Cedar. I quite agree and thank you all for your role in that. I look forward to continuing the journey with you in 2016.
